LEARN HOW TO LIVE AN 'INSIDE-OUT' LIFE IN THIS LAST DAY

Any features seen on the outside are traceable to the constituent of the innermost being of the individual. This also applies to plant when it sprouts forth as a result of the innermost cellular integrity. Hence, if the cellular compartments are for Maize; one will not look out for Bean. If our closest recess beings are married to the Spirit, then it will be unthinkable to expect the characteristic of flesh on the outside. Whatever is the manifestation seen on the outside will undoubtedly depict the attitude of the innermost being at a particular time.

Some linger between two real estates; in the flesh at a time, in the Spirit at another time. It most important that the believer should know that his truest nature is in the Spirit, though his being house by the body but his spirit must be the leading head—leading all his faculties entirely. Evidently if the innermost being is in tune with the Spirit, we will also see that the outward man will be in obedience to the dictates of the innermost being; working righteousness in all.

Believers must find the appropriate means of regulating and directing all our passions from inside-out i.e. living through the knowledge of the Word not by external drives as unbeliever will do. In this last day we can only be steadfast as we daily give ourselves to the living Word.

Looking at Gal. 5:16-25, this text reveals that the Holy Spirit will do the following in our lives:

1)      Enable warfare against self-indulgent carnality (vv.16-18).

2)      Give discernment regarding what is unworthy (vv. 19-21).

3)      Bring growth in character (vv. 22, 23) and a readiness to live as ones dead to ourselves but alive to Christ through His cross and resurrection.

This is our consolation that the Holy Spirit will enable us to do what is pleasing unto the Lord. The Holy Spirit brings an atmosphere where our spirit will live in the will of God by the virtues characterized as the FRUIT OF SPIRIT. Undoubtedly, the fruit of the Spirit will potentially end the works of flesh for every believer that lives by faith in this last day. Show me a heart that is given to the eternal Word of God, I will also show you a heart that is equipped to live from inside-out. The rage of storms in this time cannot fret the integrity of his or her faith in the Lord of peace. We must not trade our inner witness or our spiritual organ called Intuition for the passing glory of the external things which must perish with use. We must totally depend on the leading of the Spirit for that is the evidence of our sonship (Read Romans 8:14). One who is not given to the Holy Spirit, will be given the false spirit; the doctrine of demons, false teachers and prophets.

Hence, only let righteousness be the prime thought of your innermost being, so that your outward man will learn the attitude of the innermost being. Seek and pursue holiness, welcome the fire of God’s holiness in your life. Ask God in His mercy to burn up the dry and lifeless or activity that He considers stubble in your life. Understand that God wants you to live in holiness so that you will be able to possess fully all He has for you. (Read 1 Cor. 3:12 -15).
