BUILDING FRIENDSHIP WITHOUT BARRIERS FOR THE SINGLES

This is a good season of your life to align your daily existence with God’s priorities and find real fulfilment by living a poured-out life and most importantly, to embrace friendship that I called “the helpers of destiny” with those who are in the same pursuit of common goals.

The fact that friendship is at its best, not in prosperity, but in times of troubles, gives birth to a healthy friendship and obviously you need one like that who will be there for you in all the statistics of life; for friend get sticker than a brother.

You are to relate with friends who will engage you with conversation that will help you when trouble comes.  More so, pre-occupy yourself with godly friends who never change their words in favour of sin. In fairness to have a good friendship, you must be void of the spirit of racism and always see that it can only get better in diversity and there is a great glory in diversity. People who set themselves as frontiers for religion pursuit will only limit themselves of the opportunity to relate well with people who does not hold the same tradition with them. Singles who has a large heart will not allow such barriers of the tradition of men to hinder the scope of his or her exploit.

The platform of building a strong friendship is Christ not the tradition passed down from the fathers or tribal believe system that set itself against the knowledge of God. Singles who desires an effective relationship with other believers must also come to the knowledge of the progressive trends of the kingdom of God, it scope and expansivity i.e. the kingdom of God has a quality characterised by magnificence of scale or the tendency to expand and this expansion in scope is premised on the unity of the believer with the body of Christ at large.

To build friendship without barriers, you must learn how to make excuses for people and be ready to let go of offense. Over time, spiritual statistics shows that a major barrier to revival in the community of believers are offenses, holding grudges, and not willing to let go on individual’s fault. Even when the tooth mistakenly bites off the tongue, the tongue will not because of the injury caused by the tooth go world apart (separated) from the tooth; no it does not. You must always find a common ground to settle all misunderstanding. All singles who wants continuity in their relationship with other must culture the attitude of giving respect to the opinion of others.

When you meet a new friend do not quickly assume relationship tending toward marriage or emotional feelings that may cloud your heart toward the main reason why God brought such an individual to you. See that you long to bring the best out of your friend and seek purity in your friendship with others. But if God is leading you to your friend for marital bliss don’t doubt it, accept it with thanksgiving, in that dwells the peace of God for you. Finally, the friendship that is most significant and important to successful living and life beyond dryness is to be intimately in tune with God, His Word for your life and the fellowship of His grace. That is what counts for a spiritual success in the world of singleness.
