HOW TO DETERMINE IF ANY REVELATION IS TRUE OR FALSE

This is the empty deceit by which people attempted to infiltrate and distort Christianity, they appear to be churchy in words, with relative disposition to things in the body of Christ as if they are of the becoming saint. They speak the languages that are inherent in the church; their false humility is aimed at making of no effect the simplicity of the gospel which has been delivered to those who by faith has grasped the truth of eternal life. The dominant use of the word “false doctrine” in the NT is to signify sects, people professing opinions independent of the truth.
Colossians 2:8 says “Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ” (NKJV). People of this false humility bring into church what I called “Self-inclusion schemes” to ensnare the liberty of the saints and to channel a solemn heretic belief like Oprah Winfrey who says there are other ways to God apart from Jesus. Paul affirms that the simple message of Christ is much more profound than the greatest secular wisdom could be.

These wolves in sheep clothing hope to have their works transcends grace which is the person of Christ, they import alien doctrines that are not rooted in the Scriptures; saying we have found new revelations! But alas, what they called new revelation is altogether the glory under the sun—the glory of the grass that must wildered way. What they have as a message is a broken glass to leave a scar on the hearer and to make the heart sick.
The message Bible really described this set of people in 2 Timothy 3:5 which says: They will make a show of religion, but behind the scenes they are animals. Stay clear of these people. These promote controversies rather than God's work —which is by faith. 1 Timothy 1:4 (NIV).  Apparently some people have been introducing fantasy stories and fanciful family trees that digress into silliness instead of pulling the people back into the center, deepening faith and obedience. 1 Timothy 1:4 TMB. Some will say church service is becoming so boring let upgrade it with comedy and this wind of coarse jesting has veiled many from the gospel truth, hence making many to love the excitement that gives strength to the flesh when the real need of the soul is being neglected. Some are of the opinion that one can go ahead to do anything immoral to his/her body since is the spirit that is born again, people under this tag go about sinning and at the same time claiming their spirit is not affected; when the Bible clearly says in 2 Corinthians 7:1 Therefore, having these promises,  “What promises”? (The promise of 2 Corinthians 6:14-18), beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God (NKJV).
1 Corinthians 1:25 relates that, for the foolishness of God is wiser than man's wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man's strength (NKJV). God’s finished work on the cross through the Son of His love, Jesus Christ inaugurated a new order; that only faith in the Son can one be saved from the impeding corruption of this age. In that some still count it foolishness to rest in the redemptive work of Christ, but decided to stay aloof in the doctrine of works; seeking vain alternatives to meet God’s righteousness, that I called the “Doctrine of additive” and it is obvious in the gospel of truth that no one can gain righteousness with God by work enterprise, as the Bible says in Galatians 2:16 knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified (NKJV). So, whoever comes to press in a new doctrine that Christ is not enough for our redemption or Christ has not come in the flesh (read 1 John4:2,3) is not of God. More so, whoever limits the gospel to set of rules has lost the power of the Cross and this set of people is prone to grave error. Christians who discerning spirit is at work in them will recognize them as they come close, for some words that sounds good to hear is not the same as speaking the rightful words from the Scriptures, as the Bible says in Ecclesiastes 12:10 that the Teacher searched to find just the right words, and what he wrote was upright and true (NIV). Obviously, we know those who abandon the truths and morals of the gospel in favor of false doctrine meet with catastrophe.

Here Is A Test To Determine If Any Revelation Is True Or False:

·         Does it reinforce God’s Word, lead me to Christ and fill me with love for His church.
·         Align itself with the clear and complete teachings of the Bible.
·         Strengthen my faith and give me an honorable purpose in life.
·         Turn me from wrongdoing, promoting righteousness and purity in my life.
·         Find wide acceptance and affirmation by notable men and women of God.
·         And build up the body of Christ, equipping believers for the work of ministry.

In this terrible period, a "strong delusion" sent as a punishment will blind the spirits of mankind; they have not believed the truth, they will believe the lie. The mystery of iniquity is already working. At this time we must employ Jesus' life and teaching as our standard for judgment, not the performance of others. The wise believers will not allow themselves to be distracted from their devotion by extraneous arguments and legends that lead one away from the Scripture. Realizing that truth is more practical than theory, judge all teaching by what is produces, not by how it sounds.

Therefore, avoid the deception of demonically inspired teachings that sound good, but bring destruction and death in the end. Teach only sound, biblical doctrine. Do not attempt to teach what you do not fully understand. Operate from a motive of love, faith, and good conscience in all you do. 1 Timothy 1: 3-7. Be warned that some will abandon faith in Jesus Christ for demonically inspired teaching. Understand that hypocrisy is an open door to deceiving spirits. 1 Timothy 4:1, 2. Guard carefully the truth you have been taught! Reject human knowledge that denies the faith. 1 Timothy 6:20, 21. In conclusion, be wise in all things, stand fast, and let the Holy Spirit establish your heart blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all His saints.
