HOW THE LOVE OF GOD EXPIRES REJECTION AND DOUBT

Scripture Reading: Mark 16:7; Matt. 28:7
Can you find the difference between these two passages after reading them? The Gospel of Matthew says that after the Lord’s resurrection, an angel told the women to tell His disciples of His resurrection. The Gospel of Mark records that the angel asked the women to tell the Lord’s disciples and Peter. Oh, the words “and Peter” cause tears to fall. All of the four Gospels record the story of the Lord’s resurrection.
But only the Gospel of Mark has the words “and Peter.” Since John was the one whom the Lord loved, why does the Bible not say “and John”? Since Thomas was doubtful about the Lord’s resurrection, why does it not say “and Thomas”? The angel did not mention the best disciples or the most needy disciples. He specifically mentioned Peter. Why? What made Peter different from the others? What kind of person was Peter? Three days before the resurrection, Peter committed a great sin, a sin that would cause the Lord not to confess him before the Father’s angels.

Introduction

The standing phenomenon of the worth of a woman and her intricacy starting from her natural biological make up, her disposition towards life in terms of relationships, to her spouse, children, family, acquaintance, the society at large. Most importantly the Lord's designation for her in His body; start from her home whether single or married is so imperative. More so, if she is not aware and equipped for what is obtainable in these areas of life, she may navigate the whole earth without understanding her worth towards all things as a woman. It is evident that her sense of worth through her close work with God will bring about her purpose driven life in her God-given personal productivity.

This is the empty deceit by which people attempted to infiltrate and distort Christianity, they appear to be churchy in words, with relative disposition to things in the body of Christ as if they are of the becoming saint. They speak the languages that are inherent in the church; their false humility is aimed at making of no effect the simplicity of the gospel which has been delivered to those who by faith has grasped the truth of eternal life. The dominant use of the word “false doctrine” in the NT is to signify sects, people professing opinions independent of the truth.

Colossians 2:8 says “Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ” (NKJV). People of this false humility bring into church what I called “Self-inclusion schemes” to ensnare the liberty of the saints and to channel a solemn heretic belief like Oprah Winfrey who says there are other ways to God apart from Jesus. Paul affirms that the simple message of Christ is much more profound than the greatest secular wisdom could be.

HOW TO PERMANENTLY AVOID MAKING WRONG DECISION

How beautiful somethings would have been if we have made Spirit-led decision. Some errors en route our path perpetually all because we have dashed off the God factor! Of a truth friends, talking now from my experience I have assumed for God severally on some things pertaining to life issues, since is just my feeble assumption; I have failed in many things and learnt my lessons in the hard way. Thanks to God, God's mercy was still at work in me to bring only God's originality, so that flesh will not glorify itself.

See, many careers, businesses, marriages, relationships and even ministries have suffered the same fate since the individual or group have decided to go all the way to get things done without the Holy Spirit leading him/her, know today that anything whatsoever that the Holy Spirit is not the sole factor will altogether lead to spiritual bankruptcy and another lost is that such achievement will not have eternal value. Is a matter when the so called believer will say God said when God has not spoken at all. I have seen brothers who proposed to many sisters at a stretch; telling everyone of them God said when is only flesh that is at work in him. If such brother continues in this syndrome pretty soon even ordinary nature will sing for him "a shame lyrics" that he must dance to in the face of all the sisters he has made advances to both in words and disposition.

THE DYNAMICS OF GOD'S GRACE EVERY CHRISTIAN MUST KNOW

Days goes by unnoticed to man, how this time needs the energy of the Spirit to be able to pierce through this timely invading darkness that have engulfed the sons of disobedience and has also created tactics to seduce even the very elect. This dispensation has planned a massive initiation to confine men to lukewarmness (neither cold nor hot) Rev.3:15-16.

The love of men continues to wax cold and in fulfillment of negative prophecies. By despising grace, how can we further our course in the kingdom of God? We are called to hold the grace God in high esteem always. Grace might not necessarily be a teaching to some, because grace is a person, i.e. Christ. So how are we embracing and cherishing this grace as embodied in Christ? Where sin has abounded, grace (Christ) abounded much more, so that as sin reigned through death, even so grace would reign through righteousness to eternal life (Romans 5:20-21).

Sightseeing and listening are all important strength of human assimilation. Inasmuch one is living, such is a rapt recipient of signals. What you see and listen to, obviously tend to become part of you ___when it is part of you ___ it can appreciate to be your character. Of a truth, you can tell, that your ways of life has changed to godliness and virtues as you internalized the Word of God and the Word has become flesh, obviously seen by all who knows your former conduct and now speaks of the Lord's testimonies in you. For faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of the God, what you hear ultimately draw out a visual imagery which is like a picture to sight and you become what you see. 2 Corinthians 3:18 says: But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. Beholding as in a mirror connotes "reflecting" as well as "looking into." As we behold the glory of the Lord, we are continually transformed into the same image by the Spirit of the Lord. We then, with ever-increasing glory, reflect what we behold.

THE LIMITATION TO THE FLOW OF LOVE AMONG BELIEVERS

                                                Nothing can be so alarming and yet hides or masks itself like "religion spirit" and it is very painful to see that the person in it always thinking the next brother or sister is the one struggling with "religion spirit". In one hand is difficult for the one who engages in it (religion spirit) to accept that he is; so that help can come and on the other hand he is conscious of the mist in another man's eye neglecting the load of logs on his own eyes. 

If his own dogmatic methods of choice are not used in ministrations, he quickly concluded God cannot be speaking through that channel; never ready to move with what God is doing per time.

WHAT YOU MUST KNOW BEFORE YOU GET MARRIED OR SAY YES TO ANY RELATIONSHIP

                      

If all you can say is “my Pastor said” at every bit of your word and there is no place for what God is saying to you as a believer in accordance with the Word you have internalized over time, then it is a matter if all your words only navigate in the path that centers on what your Pastor says!

 Remember your Pastor is able to speak as it were because he/she waits on God too. To wait and hear from God is not for professionals or special people as some called it. Perhaps, that is how you have also tagged your Pastor to be.  It is the delight of your heavenly Father to speak with you too, friend don't get it twisted, Christ was sent for all. So, true love can only come from the Father of love who gave His Son Jesus Christ as an evidence of His eternal love for all.

LEARN HOW TO LIVE AN 'INSIDE-OUT' LIFE IN THIS LAST DAY

Any features seen on the outside are traceable to the constituent of the innermost being of the individual. This also applies to plant when it sprouts forth as a result of the innermost cellular integrity. Hence, if the cellular compartments are for Maize; one will not look out for Bean. If our closest recess beings are married to the Spirit, then it will be unthinkable to expect the characteristic of flesh on the outside. Whatever is the manifestation seen on the outside will undoubtedly depict the attitude of the innermost being at a particular time.

Some linger between two real estates; in the flesh at a time, in the Spirit at another time. It most important that the believer should know that his truest nature is in the Spirit, though his being house by the body but his spirit must be the leading head—leading all his faculties entirely. Evidently if the innermost being is in tune with the Spirit, we will also see that the outward man will be in obedience to the dictates of the innermost being; working righteousness in all.

HOW TO OVERCOME THE TACTICS OF THE DEVIL AND DEMONS

Believers cannot only remain as one who is good at using defense mechanism and never ready to attack the enemy. Now literally if one's shield is attacked seriously it can be so battered; which can implies invasion if care is not taken. And come to think of it; is there any soldier enlisted to defend only? No! Any enlisted soldier is meant to defend and fight at the same time.

One of the picturic way to describe this enemy is how Zephaniah 3:3 put it, that they are roaring lion, who are evening wolves; that leave not a bone till morning. And we are also aware in (Ephesians 6:12). "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."  we have gotten what it takes to win always by using "The Divine Weaponry" In casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;" (2 Corinthians 10:5).

THE TRUTH EVERY CHRISTIAN MUST KNOW ABOUT THE FIRST ADAM AND THE LAST ADAM

Romans 5:12-22 this passage must be understood within the context of Romans 3:21—5:11, which sets forth the gospel of the grace of God revealed through Jesus Christ. This passage continues to magnify God’s grace by presenting the universal scope of Christ’s redemptive work. V. 18 summarize Paul’s teaching. One act of one man brought sin and its penalty of death upon the human race. One the other hand, the obedience of Man counteracted this deed and made righteousness and eternal life available for humankind. Adam headed the old humanity characterized by sin and death. Jesus Christ heads a new humanity characterized by righteousness and life. We come under the consequences of Adam’s deed by natural descent. We come under Christ’s obedience by faith (see 1 Cor. 15:22; 2 Cor. 5:14).

HOW DO I ENTER TRUE GLORY AND HONOUR

The more you dies to self, the more you're open to glory in the light of the Son. Deliberate defense to starve the works of the flesh (Gal 5:19-21) by the power of the Spirit, will undoubtedly give more room for the spirit to manifest the glory of Him who has called us to glory. As we annihilate flesh by the obedience to the Spirit, will launch us to glory; knowing that flesh can never partake in Divine glory. In the sight of God no flesh shall be justified. Only by the Spirit we can gain entrance to glory!

For all that is in the world ___the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life ___ is not of the Father but is of the world 1 John 2:16. Hence, anyone that operates in the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life can not know glory and honor, for is not of the Father, only the Father's (life in the Spirit) can know His glory or can be enter into His Divine glory. Recognize that flesh is the basis for all sin, began from the garden when Satan first tempted Eve (Genesis 3:6) which conferred on them the fall from glory. Alas, what the flesh producing sin can only offer is to bring its victims to a grass state that must withered away, if not retrieved by grace! 

CAN EVERY TRIAL AND TRIBULATION MAKE ME A BETTER PERSON AS A CHRISTIAN

Charles Spurgeon said the other day about Sir Francis Drake, when it was feared that he would be wrecked in the Thames, said, "what ! have I been round the world, and am I now to be drowned in a ditch? Not I". So say I to you brethren: you have done business in stormy waters, and will you sink in a village pond? We shall not be worse treated than we have been. We are now in fine fighting trim, for we are hardened by former blows.

A great pugilist at Rome was so battered, his nose, eyes, and face were so disfigured, that he was always ready to fight, because he said, "I cannot look worse than I do." personally, I am in much the same plight. Men cannot say anything worse of me than they have said. I have been belied from head to foot, and misrepresented to the last degree. My good looks are gone, and none can damage me much now.

Some of you have had more to batter you than you are ever likely to endure again; you have had trial and tribulation and affliction as heavy as you can have them; and after having stood in the lists so long, surely you are not going to yield, and slink away like cowards? God forbid it ! God forbid it ! God grant, on the contrary, that the elder ones among us may have the pleasure, not only of winning battles for Christ, but of seeing others, who have been saved under our instrumentality, trained to fight for Jesus better than we ourselves have fought! Evidently, EVERY TRIAL AND TRIBULATION MAKE YOU A BETTER PERSON AS A CHRISTIAN (See James 1:2-3)

THE FIRST THING YOU MUST LOOK OUT FOR IN YOUR RELATIONSHIP

Good looks or being cute or fine do not make a person good. If you get hung up on looks, this can stop you from seeing the real person on inside. Remember many pretty ladies or handsome guys have no character.


We must come to relate most of all because we may find out things about people you never knew and we may cause someone to bring out treasures even they did not know they possessed simply by being a friend and talking to them.


In some cases, the Church is where people try to match YOU UP. Some people will start hollering marriage the first time they see you with someone. That should not make us conclude with them to raise our hope until infatuation paints our eyes black not to see when to bring out the best in that person in deed and character wise.
